Not sure if I mentioned this before but I’m writing for Food Network! I have my own column over there called Party of Two!! Today is my first post with them and it comes JUST in time for Memorial Day weekend. In case you’re celebrating with a smaller crowd or just with the two of you, these beer-bq baby back ribs are AMAZING. You’ll want to grab the recipe over on their Dish blog and whip some up this weekend. I’m tellin’ ya, the beer-bq sauce alone is finger-licking good! Slather it on the ribs and the grilling will bring out so much flavor.

These beer-bq baby back ribs for two are the perfect grilling recipe for occasions that you're celebrating with a small crowd! The sauce alone is finger-licking good!

  1. This recipe looks amazing. I’ve tried another recipe on this cite and LOVED it! I’ve never cooked ribs before, but I’m trying short beef ribs. I was wondering if that changes the cook time?

    1. It shouldn’t but I honestly haven’t tried it with beef short ribs before so I can’t really give a time. I would say if you cook it for 2.5 hours and it still seems not as cooked as you’d like, cook it for a little longer :)

  2. Hi Julie –
My husband is giving these a try this weekend. Quick question though – you don’t mention cooking the BBQ sauce, just mixing it all together and brushing it on the ribs. Is that correct?
