OMG. I made corgi dog biscuit treats. AND I have the cutest full-length video starring Winston and these biscuits below. I’m 100% bias but I think it’s the cutest video I ever did see. He is so freaking cute!

Yes, 100% edible dog treats for your pup. You could probably eat them too but they taste like dry, bland biscuits that someone forgot to put sugar and salt in. I wouldn’t suggest trying them. Not that I would know ANYTHING about that. ?

Winston LOVED these (as you can see in the photos below and the video), and since we had an abundance of them, we brought them to his doggy daycare to share with all the dogs! They all loved them and were quickly devoured.

For Christmas, my friend Rachel got me a corgi cookie cutter the same week that my corgi cookie cutter I ordered from Etsy showed up (bummer, it says that it’s sold out). It was a sign that I needed to make these doggy treats.

His expression in this photo is priceless. “You want me to do WHAT?! You want me to eat…me??”

“Oh okay, fine.”

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (191 °C) and line a large baking sheet with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until everything is incorporated and dough is a cohesive ball. You’ll likely need to just use your hands at the end to combine everything.
  • Form dough into a ball and then put on a lightly floured flat surface. With a rolling pin (lightly dusted with flour), roll out dough to about 1/2-inch thickness then use cookie cutters to cut the dough and gently place biscuits on prepared baking sheets.
  • You can repeat and use any scraps of dough left to re-roll and cut again!
  • Bake for 20 minutes then transfer carefully to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight treat jar for up to 1 week.
