Pepperoni Guacamole Toast
Just like that, summer is officially here! I am really loving the longer days and abundant amount of sunshine. It makes you want to do more during the day and take advantage of the warm weather! Although, the humidity can be a killer but I will still take that over snow and rain.
Before having a dog, I was never outside as much as I am now. I completely appreciate warm weather and being able to just walk around outside and get fresh air. I’m so excited for this summer because a lot of our friends are very dog-friendly so we are able to bring Winston over to their house whenever we have get togethers. The other day, we went to our friend’s house and played cornhole while we tied Winston to a tree with a 50-foot rope. He never had so much freedom to roam around outside! He was going crazy in the grass and loving every minute of it.

A fun new way to eat toast! Pepperoni guacamole toast takes no time to put together and what a creative new way to have toast!
- 1 container of Sabra Veggie Fusions Guacamole in South Western flavor
- 4 slices of bread, your favorite kind
- slices Pepperoni
- Crushed up tortilla chips
- 2 tablespoons cotija cheese
Spread guacamole onto a slice of toast and repeat until all slices have guacamole on top.
Add pepperoni slices on top of the guacamole then sprinkle crushed tortilla chips and cotija cheese all over the top.
Slice and serve!
