Mini flag cakes for your 4th of July celebrations
I have some exciting news to bring to the table here at Table for Two!
No. I’m not pregnant, haha
In addition to blogging for Table for Two (don’t worry, NOTHING will change around here), I will be a regular contributor over at Tablespoon.com! I’ll be apart of the Rock UR Party channel where I’ll be creating fun & easy dishes that you can whip up for a party or get-together and still have the energy to party all night long! They gave me a nice introduction as being part of the new “crew” so in case you want to read the intro, here is the link to the post: http://rock-ur-party.tablespoon.com/2012/06/30/table-for-two-joins-tablespoon…I’m thrilled to be given this opportunity to do this with other foodies and food bloggers and I hope you’ll be there to support me and this endeavor!
For my first post over at Tablespoon, I created mini flag cakes in celebration of July 4th today. These are really simple to make and they bring a festive flare to the table! You can give it extra sparkle (pun totally intended) and stick some sparklers in them too and serve them as after dinner treats before watching fireworks today!
Have a great holiday and be safe! I’m headed to the beach so you won’t get a new recipe til next Monday but you can keep track of me via Twitter & Instagram (tablefortwoblog) ;)
xoxo
