PF Chang’s: Meet Your Match

PF Chang’s: Meet Your Match with a simple Chicken Lettuce Wraps recipe that can be prepared at home.

Jason and I love PF Chang’s famous chicken lettuce wraps, we don’t particularly love the price. You just don’t get what you pay for. Sure, it’s delicious, but you only get about 2 wraps each.

I decided to do some hunting and found a copycat recipe, however, I tweaked a few things within this recipe. For me, this was enough for Jason and I to have 11 lettuce wraps. This, of course, could be more or less for you depending on amount of people eating and how much you fill your leaves with :)

Jason and I made our lettuce wraps by having a bed of rice on top of the leaves and then the chicken filling. This was really good and if you have white/brown rice around, I would definitely recommend doing this.

Extremely simple to prepare and make. It tastes EXACTLY like what you get at PF Chang’s but you get a TON more. I’m sure you will be making these over and over again after you make these once. It’s so easy and it’s so yummy :)

Enjoy! If you remember, come back & leave me a comment to let me know how yours turned out & if you think it’s pretty comparable to PF Chang’s!

Excellent added to our weekly menu, added a teaspoon of fish sauce to the sauce, yummy. Thanks
