I’m so super excited to announce Table for Two’s very first 31 day challenge!
This literally came together in my head one night while laying in bed thinking about how I have gotten so many requests for meal planning or motivation to get in the kitchen during the week and make a home-cooked meal for dinner instead of getting take-away.
What better motivation than throwing together a challenge and having a big supportive group to do it with and to hold each other accountable?
What is this challenge?
They say that it takes 21 days for a habit to form so I’m hoping that everyone leaves this 31 day challenge with renewed motivation and confidence to cook at home for dinner.
There are no “pre-requisites” to join. You just have to love food!
What’s not this challenge?
A weight loss challenge or anything of that nature.
I will say, though, by eating more at home and moving more, you could see some weight loss but by no means am I promoting this challenge as a “weight loss” or “fitness” challenge.
I’m also not guaranteeing anything in regards to weight loss; if that’s what you’re looking for then I’m sorry to say this is not the challenge for you.
I don’t have the qualifications for weight loss and dietary suggestions; this is just for fun.
I’m truly just helping people get back in the kitchen and starting off 2019 on the right foot.
What happens during the 31 days? What kinds of content will I be sent if I sign up?
I’ll be sending weekly meal plans to your inbox.
They will be sent out every Friday evening so you can grocery shop on Saturday or Sunday!
I’ll also be sending an email once a week on tips and tricks on how to stay motivated in and out of the kitchen.
These emails will hopefully help you realize that cooking at home is not as daunting as you may think — even if you have a busy lifestyle!
So in summary, you will be getting at least two emails from me a week.
Are there new recipes?
Yes! I’ve been working on developing some new dinner (and some breakfast) recipes that are easy for meal prep!
Is this free?
Of course.
Where is the community/group that is participating and where can I ask questions and stay accountable?
If you’re on Facebook, you’ll want to join The Community Table.
It’s my private Facebook group for TFT readers and many are participating in this challenge!
But even after the challenge is over, you’ll have a sense of community and a place where like-minded people hang out!
If you’re not on Facebook, no worries. You’ll still get all the emails; which is why it’s imperative you sign up!
What if I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
Unfortunately, I can’t cater to every dietary restriction or allergy out there.
If you’re okay with substituting ingredients or finding another recipe to replace the suggested recipe for the day, please do so.

When does this start?
The first email goes out December 28.
The challenge officially starts January 1.
What if I join after December 28?!
Sign up will close Friday morning, December 28. Which means you won’t be getting the additional emails with all the tips & tricks and helpful accountability emails, so don’t miss the deadline!
