What is Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon?

This quick recipe is a delicious weeknight meal, prepared in less than 20 minutes, with a sweet and salty teriyaki glaze!

Make the Marinade

Mix garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, and rice vinegar in a dish. Let salmon filets sit in the marinade for 10 minutes.

Prep the Air Fryer

In the meantime, line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper then preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.

Add to Basket

Once the salmon is finished marinating, place salmon flesh-side up on top of the parchment paper in the air fryer basket.

Air Fry the Salmon

Set air fryer to 400 °F for 7 minutes, adjust for longer if your salmon filets are thicker.

Finish the Sauce

Simmer the marinade in a small saucepan with cornstarch until thickened on the stovetop.


Brush teriyaki sauce generously on top and sprinkle furikake on top. Serve with white rice.
