Combine eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla into a smooth mixture. Then combine with the dry ingredients.
Pipe the batter into prepared donut tins, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Then let the donuts cool on a wire rack.
Stir together the powdered sugar and cocoa until combined, then whisk in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
