What is Chicken Marsala?

Prep the Chicken

Slice the breasts in half lengthwise and pound the pieces with a mallet to about ¼ inch thick.

Coat the Chicken

Whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper, and coat each piece of chicken with the mixture.

Cook the Chicken

Cook the chicken in a deep skillet with hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove the Chicken

Take the chicken pieces from the skillet and place them on a plate. Cover with tin foil.

Sauté the Mushrooms
