Sweet and Sour Tofu is quick to make with simple and inexpensive ingredients! Bell peppers, onions, and pineapple chunks accompany the crispy tofu in a mouth-watering sweet and sour sauce.
Toss the cubed tofu in cornstarch, then cook it in the hot skillet until crispy on all sides.
Set the tofu aside, then add the veggies and pineapple to the skillet. Sauté until tender.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour into the skillet. Simmer for a few minutes.
Toss the crispy tofu and sauteed veggies in the sweet and sour sauce.
