Salted Caramel Apple Tarts
These salted caramel apple tarts look tedious to make but they're just the opposite of hard!

Ingredients

frozen puff pastry sheets
cut into thirds

large granny smith apples
sliced into 1/4-inch thick half moon shapes
3
tablespoons
granulated sugar
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Salted caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to
400
°F

)
and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking sheets.
Layer the apple slices on top of the pastry sheets. They can overlap each other, it's ok.
In a small bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Gently sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the apples.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastries are slightly golden.
Let rest for 10 minutes then generously drizzle salted caramel on top of the tarts.
Serve immediately.
Notes
These are best day of and would not keep well for the next day.
