Cook bacon in a skillet until very crispy (or to whatever degree of crispiness/chewiness you like your bacon) then slice into fine pieces/crumbles.
Follow the instructions on the oatmeal package and cook your oatmeal to the way you like it. I like mine slightly runny but not too runny and not like concrete.
Drizzle maple syrup on top of oatmeal and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
