Ingredients

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking soda

salt

cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
cup
unsalted butter,
softened
2
cups
granulated sugar
2
eggs
2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 ½

of Hershey's mint truffle kisses,
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Gently fold in the chopped mint truffle kisses.
Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet, 2-3 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
