Ingredients

pit removed and scooped out of its shell

red onion
finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, add avocados, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper and mash together until desired consistency.
Serve with chips!
Notes
I tend to like my guacamole more chunky so I don't mash it up as much but you can do it however you like!
