For the creamy hummus dressing

For the cabbage slaw

Instructions
Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.
Add the ingredients for the cabbage slaw into a large bowl. Pour creamy hummus dressing all over the slaw then toss to coat entirely.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Top with chopped peanuts prior to serving, if desired.
