Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C). Roll out your dough on a lightly floured 9-inch pizza pan. Gently stretch it and pull it to fit the 9-inch pizza pan. Set aside.
In a skillet, brown ground pork and break apart into smaller pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of gochujang sauce and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together marinara sauce and the remaining 1 tablespoon of gochujang sauce. Spread in an even, thin layer onto the pizza dough.
Add the cheese then the ground pork mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes then top with kimchi prior to serving.
