1pound(454g)fresh or frozen shrimp(if using frozen, make sure to thaw it first)
Squeeze of one lime
Cooked white rice
Instructions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and bell peppers. Sprinkle the seasoning then cook onion and peppers until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Salt, to taste.
Add the shrimp and cook through (only takes about 2-3 minutes). Squeeze lime on top then remove from heat.
