These chicken drumsticks are sweet, spicy, and easy to throw on the grill for a summer night dinner! No outdoor grill? No problem. Stovetop works just as well!
2tablespoonsavocado oil(or another high-temperature safe oil)
2clovesgarlicfinely minced
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
½large jalapenohalved and finely chopped, seeds included
1 ½teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Open Farmer Focus chicken tray (don't pull off the plastic covering completely) and hold the drumsticks in as you pour out the extra liquid in the tray.
Pour the marinade into the tray and flip the drumsticks so that the tops of the drumsticks are face down in the liquid.
Let marinate in fridge at least 4 hours.
Once done marinating, remove chicken from marinade and drain off excess liquid. You can choose to use the extra liquid to baste the chicken as it's cooking or discard.
Cook on outdoor grill or indoor stove/grill pan until cooked through.

Notes
If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can do this in a skillet on the stovetop or bake it in the oven. If you choose to bake it in the oven, I suggest 375 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 30 minutes. Drumsticks take a bit longer to cook because of the bone.
