The start of pumpkin season begins with this pumpkin cream cold brew! Inspired in the classic drink from Starbucks, it’s made with real pumpkin puree and fragrant spices.
In a bowl beat the whipping cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice until foamy. Beat for around 1 minute, it should look frothy, not stiff.
Combine the cold brew with the water or as is.
Fill the glasses with ice. Pour the coffee over the ice until more than ¾ full. Top with the heavy cream and serve.
Notes
You can sometimes find sweetened whipping cream in the supermarket. If that’s not the case you can do yours by mixing 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
