Add all the ingredients to the glass of a blender and pulse until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve as is or topped with chopped nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon, pumpkin seeds or whipped cream.
Notes
If you prefer your smoothie to be thinner you can use ¾ cup milk.If you prefer your smoothie to be thicker you can use ½ cup Greek yogurt and ⅓ cup milk. This will be perfect for a smoothie bowl.You can also use frozen bananas instead of fresh bananas.
