Preheat the oven to 375 °F (191 °C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Layout one of the Crescent roll triangles then spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mashed potatoes on the lower half of the triangle then add 1-2 tablespoons of the stuffing and spread it out then add 2 tablespoons of the Turkey then a teaspoon of cranberry sauce as well as a teaspoon of the gravy.
Roll the Crescent dough up and seal at the top Then add it to the baking pan.
Repeat the process with the remaining 7 rolls from the package.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light and golden on top.
Let the rolls cool for 5 minutes on the pan before letting them cool fully on a cooking rack.
Repeat the process with the other crescent roll package and remaining filling.
Serve with freshly minced parsley for garnish and gravy for dipping if desired.

These rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.Reheat in a 375-degree oven for three to five minutes or until heated.
