In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add cauliflower, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and cheeses. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven after 30 minutes and uncover. Stir in the chicken breast strips and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve with fresh basil on top.
Notes
If you want a little spice, add in red pepper flakes or use a spicy marinara.
To make this meatless, omit the chicken.
