These crispy parmesan potatoes are a crispy edge lover's dream! Having gone viral on TikTok, this recipe is full of buttery, nutty, irresistibly crispy goodness!
1 ½pounds(680g)yellow potatoeswell-scrubbed and rinsed
¼cup(57g)buttermelted
½cup(50g)grated parmesan cheese
1teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (204 °C) and set aside a 9x13" baking pan.
Scrub and wash your potatoes then cut them into quarters.
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the baking pan and make sure it is evenly coating the bottom. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top then the garlic powder.
Line your potatoes up in an even layer on top of the butter-cheese mixture then sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes then move to the top rack for the remaining 10 minutes.
Once done, remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before removing from baking pan and serving.
Notes
Cooking time will depend on potato size and thickness. Additionally, baking pan material will make a difference as well.
