Instructions
Preheat oven to

and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set cod fillets on top of the parchment paper then drizzle olive oil on the cod and season generously with the blackening seasoning.
Bake for 10 minutes on the top rack, or until cod is cooked through.
Let cool slightly then serve.
