Turn up the grill and make these salted lime butter grilled shrimp skewers for your next cookout! You will love the salty lime and buttery flavor that is slathered all over the shrimp!
In a small bowl, stir together butter, lime zest, lime juice, and salt until combined. Set aside.
Turn grill on high and while grill is heating up, skewer* the shrimp.
Grill shrimp until cooked through then immediately brush butter on the hot shrimp.
Remove shrimp from skewers then serve immediately with more butter :)
Notes
If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. For the salt in the butter, I say to taste because some people like it more salty while others like it less.
