2cups(308g)frozen sliced peaches
2frozen underripe bananassliced
1teaspoongrated fresh gingeroptional
2cups(60g)loosely packed spinach leaves
Instructions
Pour the coconut milk into a blender and add the peaches, banana, ginger (if using), then the spinach.
Blend until smooth.
