2cupscoconut milk beverage,NOT the canned coconut milk
2cupsfrozen sliced peaches
2frozen underripe bananas,sliced
1teaspoongrated fresh ginger,optional
2cupsloosely packed spinach leaves
Pour the coconut milk into a blender and add the peaches, banana, ginger (if using), then the spinach.
Blend until smooth.
