Preheat oven to 400 °F (204 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Arrange pita triangles on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
Using a pastry brush, generously brush the tops of the pitas with the oil mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pita chips are golden brown.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Store remaining pita chips in an airtight container.
Notes
You can tweak the seasonings to your liking. If you don't like a garlic seasoning, you could always omit the garlic powder and just use olive oil, salt, and pepper. Alternatively, you could use ground cumin and paprika for a different kind of flavor! Have fun experimenting :)
