Garlic Fries
These garlic fries are baked to golden perfection before being tossed with oil, parsley, and as much garlic you'd like!

Instructions
Preheat oven to

and spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the frozen fries and drizzle half the oil all over them and toss to coat the fries well.
Divide up the fries on two baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and tender.
After 10 minutes, increase the oven temperature to
500

and bake for another 7-10 minutes until they're crisp and brown.
In the meantime, in another bowl, mix together the remaining oil, garlic, and parsley.
Once the fries are done, using tongs, put the hot fries in the bowl with the garlic oil and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
