Cook the Pasta

Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package, reserving 1 cup of pasta water when done cooking. 

Cook the Chicken

Season chicken tenderloins with Cajun seasoning, brown in a skillet, then set aside to cool.

Cook the Garlic

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Make the Sauce

Melt cream cheese, then add milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken sauce.

Toss the Pasta

In the meantime, slice chicken into smaller pieces. Add the pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.

Add the Chicken

Toss pasta and chicken in sauce, coating each piece. 


Remove from heat and serve hot!
