Simple Ingredients

Make the Dough

Combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, flour, egg, melted butter, and salt in a stand mixer. Mix for 7-19 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let It Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise until doubled in size.

Roll the Dough

Punch down the dough, transfer it to a floured surface, and roll it into a half-inch thick rectangle.

Fold in Half

Fold the dough in half lengthwise.

Cut into Rolls

Cut the dough into 3 even strips, then cut each of those strips into 8 individual rolls for 24 rolls total.

Let the Rolls Rise

Place the rolls on 2 baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 30-45 minutes.

Bake the Rolls

Bake rolls at 350°F for 13-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
