These Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are an incredibly easy side dish, with less than 5 ingredients to make this recipe! Plus they are irresistibly crispy, flavorful, and creamy!
Add melted butter to a 9" x 13" baking pan and spread it around until it's evenly coated the bottom.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the butter, then the garlic powder.
Line up the potatoes in an even layer on top of the butter and cheese layer. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes, and then move to the top rack for the remaining 10 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the baking pan. Then it's time to dig in!
