What is Steak Fried Rice?

Cook the Eggs

In a large wok over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and scramble the eggs. Then set aside.

Brown the Steak

Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then heat 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and sear the steak until cooked through.

Cook the Veggies

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter then cook the onions and vegetables until softened.


Add the egg, steak, and remaining butter back into the wok and toss to incorporate and mix.

Add the Rice

Add the rice, drizzle with soy sauce, and fold the ingredients in the wok until evenly incorporated.


Remove from heat and serve!
