Ingredients

  • 4 pitas rounds, cut into triangles
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • Arrange pita triangles on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
  • Using a pastry brush, generously brush the tops of the pitas with the oil mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pita chips are golden brown.
  • Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Store remaining pita chips in an airtight container.

Notes

You can tweak the seasonings to your liking. If you don't like a garlic seasoning, you could always omit the garlic powder and just use olive oil, salt, and pepper. Alternatively, you could use ground cumin and paprika for a different kind of flavor! Have fun experimenting :)
