This corn chowder is a cinch to whip up since you put everything in a crockpot and let it slowly cook and develop flavor!

Instructions
Place potatoes, cream of corn, corn kernels, chicken broth, half the bacon, and onion into the insert of your crockpot, stir to mix well.
Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 5 hours, or until potatoes are nice and fork tender.
While the soup is cooking, cook bacon in skillet until crispy and chop into fine pieces.
Before serving, add in the butter, stir in the half and half, and half of the chopped bacon.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes then serve! Top with bacon and green onions or chives.
