1cup(165g)fresh pineapplefrozen pineapple would work too but you may need a little more liquid
1cup(165g)frozen mango
¼cup(59ml)coconut water
4ounces(113g)rum
1cup(237g)ice cubes
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Rim the glasses by cutting a lime wedge and moisten the rim with the juice of the lime. Then place the glass down-side into sugar, salt or any granulated sweetener.
Pour the into two glasses. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
I chose to use coconut water due to its hydrating properties, but using filtered water is okay.
Decorate the glasses with lime slices, pineapple slices or mint leaves to get a fancy cocktail.
