Instructions
Combine peanut butter and butter in a medium mixing bowl or a stand mixer and blend until smooth.
Once well blended and smooth, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, powdered sugar, and brown sugar and blend until thoroughly combined.
Scoop ½ tablespoon of the peanut butter onto a pretzel, then top sandwich style with a second pretzel. Place pretzels onto a baking sheet as you work.
Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Pour heavy cream and vanilla extract into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat immediately once boiling.
Meanwhile, combine mini chocolate morsels, and butterscotch morsels in a glass or heat safe bowl.
Pour the hot cream over the morsels and stir until melted.
Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate and place onto a wire rack lined baking sheet.
After 2-3 minutes, add a pinch of chocolate sprinkles over each pretzel.
Place into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
