Instructions
Wash and rinse your rice thoroughly in a rice colander or bowl until the water runs clear. Drain well.
If you want to spray the insert with cooking spray, lightly spray it now. Then, add the rice to the insert and add the water on top.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the venting knob is on SEAL. Press MANUAL, HIGH pressure, and set the time to 4 minutes.
Once the rice is done, I typically like to wait about 10 minutes then manual release the pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve with your favorite meal(s)!
