A high protein salad filled with sweet and savory flavors and lots of texture and crunch. It is a great salad to meal prep and have throughout the week.

Instructions
Add shredded chicken to a large bowl then add all the other ingredients on top.
Using a large spoon or spatula, toss the ingredients together until everything is evenly distributed and coated in the mayo and Greek yogurt.
Serve at room temperature or cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
