Baked Brie with Fig Jam
Sweet, salty, cheesy & gooey all in one!

- 8 ounce (227 g) wheel of brie cheese
- ⅓ cup (75 g) fig jam
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans and/or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C)
- Place brie on a piece of parchment paper in a small baking dish.8 ounce wheel of brie cheese
- Spread the fig jam on top of the brie in an even layer. Sprinkle with pecans/walnuts, rosemary, and thyme.⅓ cup fig jam, 2 tablespoons chopped pecans and/or walnuts, 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the brie starts to ooze and the nuts are lightly toasted.
- Serve hot with crackers, fresh & dried fruit, etc.
