This Big Mac salad is made up of perfectly cooked ground beef and onions tossed together with crispy lettuce and tomatoes in homemade, creamy, Big Mac sauce. You have to try it.
Heat a skillet over medium. Add ground beef and onion. Sauté, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
1 pound ground beef, 1/2 cup diced yellow onion, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside to cool.
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles and cooled beef to a large platter or serving bowl. Toss with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds for serving.
