Blueberry Mojito
Meet your new favorite summer cocktail! These blueberry mojitos are a fruity twist on the classic recipe.

Club soda to fill glass

Instructions
Place mint leaves at the bottom of your highball glass.
3 sprigs of mint
Add in the mint simple syrup, lime juice and fresh blueberries. Use a muddler to gently crush to release mint oils, blueberry juice, and lime juice.
1 ounce mint syrup,
1 ounce lime juice,
⅓ cup fresh blueberries
Add in the rum and mix with a bar spoon.
2 ounces white rum
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and club soda.
Club soda to fill glass,
Ice
For garnish use extra blueberries, a mint sprig, or lime wedges. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you don’t want pieces of blueberry in your drink you can mash them in another bowl and strain the juice out of the berries.
