Pepperoni Pizza Dip
Bubbly, hot pepperoni pizza dip layered with cheese, sour cream, and fresh basil. This easy pizza dip is the perfect alternative to pizza and is great to serve for a crowd!

In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, pepperoni, basil, and olive oil.
16 ounces cream cheese,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 cup shredded whole mozzarella cheese,
1 cup pepperoni,
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves,
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place mixture into a baking dish or cast iron skillet and evenly smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.
Take more mozzarella cheese and cover the top of the mixture. Then take whole pepperoni rounds and place them on top of the mozzarella.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and cheese has melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or sliced bread.
