Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 more minutes.
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a large bowl, add flours, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and coffee grounds. Whisk to combine.
