Instructions
Preheat the oven to

and lightly grease a 8x8-inch oven-safe casserole dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk.
15 ounce pumpkin purée,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
2 eggs,
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
3/4 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 1/2 cups milk
Using a spatula, fold in the rolled oats and pecans then pour into prepared casserole dish.
2 1/2 cups rolled oats,
1 cup chopped pecans
Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
Store leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container.
