Spicy Peach Agua Fresca
A little spicy, a little sweet. Each sip is filled with juicy sweet peach flavor and mouthwatering heat from a fresh serrano pepper!

- 3 cups (462 g) fresh sliced peaches
- 1 serrano pepper optional
- 5 cups (1183 ml) water divided
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup (59 ml) agave nectar
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt flakes optional
Instructions
- Place the peaches, serrano, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until smooth.3 cups fresh sliced peaches, 1 serrano pepper, 1 cups water
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
- Fill with the remaining ingredients (4 cups water, lime, agave) and stir.Juice of 1 lime, ¼ cup agave nectar, 4 cups water
