Candy is one of those classic sweet treats that I love to have a small piece of at the end of dinner or throughout the day.

It’s so easy to make your own candy at home, too! All you need is a good thermometer and some patience.

These apple cider caramels are my favorite homemade candies along with this Christmas crack for the holidays!
