Have you been following along this week with my game day series? Did you notice that in yesterday’s game day round-ups, a handful of recipes were made with a food processor? Specifically in my KitchenAid 13-cup food processor.
Let me just say that this machine is a BEAST. I knew it was a great product from the rave reviews I’ve heard about it, but I wasn’t expecting how grand this machine really is. When I received it in the mail, I started unpacking it and I didn’t realize how many accessories there were! I love that all the accessories come in a little stow-away caddy that fits right inside your cabinets and keeps all your attachments super easy to find. What I was most impressed with was how LIGHT the base was. I was fully expecting, it being a high capacity food processor, that the base was going to be uber heavy and not something I’d enjoy taking in and out of my cabinets. Wrong. This thing is light as a feather (well, not really) but it’s like easily less than 5 pounds. I can move it all over with ease and I don’t have to struggle with it.
I’m obsessed with how much I can shove into this food processor and still have a ton of room. I used to have a KitchenAid 7-cup food processor from back in the day and I could never do what I wanted to do in it. I’d either have to split up the batches of graham crackers to crumble or I’d have to split up the salsa into two batches. Not anymore with this guy. I can do it all in one! Oh, and let’s not forget the ADJUSTABLE slicing options. I was shredding zucchini slices in this and I LOVE that the blade is adjustable on the outside. You don’t have to stop the machine just to adjust anything. You do it right at the base. The mini bowl is great too for the little projects that don’t require all 13-cups. I love this food processor. It’s easily one of the most used appliances in my kitchen because of how much fits in it and the ease of use.
Well, I’ve teamed up with KitchenAid this Superbowl Sunday to give one lucky Table for Two reader a chance to win this gorgeous 13-cup food processor in the color of their choice! It’s better than winning the Superbowl – I promise ;)
THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED.
