Efficiently store cupcake liners in a mason jar
I bought a bunch of muffin/cupcake liners a couple months ago and I hated how unorganized and clunky they were in one of my kitchen drawers. They’re hard to find too if you have a lot. That’s when I thought of a jar and not any kind of jar but a mason jar! I have a ton of them!! So I grabbed the largest one I had and started stacking my cupcake liners in them. Voila! They ALL fit perfectly and they’re easy to see and get to! You can even put them out on the counter as a cute display instead of tucking them away in a drawer.
Just a random fact of the day that I thought I’d share with everyone :) enjoy!
Ingenious! I am definitely going to do this! I have been needing to clean out my baking cabinet for some time and this is perfect!
Great idea and much prettier than a pringles can!
It makes the baking pantry look so pretty, too!
I love this! It sure looks pretty!
Fun! I just a plastic spaghetti container.
Great Tip :-)
This is a great tip! Once opened, my cupcake liners always get flattened out of shape….um, maybe my pantry is a tad bit full?…this idea will keep them nice. Thanks! :)
Fun! I use a plastic one- probably meant for spaghetti..? Kiddos you know ;)
This pic makes me happy!
Cute! I will definitely be doing this :-)
Such a clever idea! I love the assortment of cupcake liners you have! :)
That’s a cute way to add a pop of color to your kitchen! Love it!
What a great idea, thanks. Pinned.
YES!!!
This is SUCH a cute idea! Love it!
Love this idea, your collection of liners is so cute!
What a GREAT idea. Mine have been in a drawer getting scrunched – this is a fantastic idea – I’m doing it today. I love how you can see all the colors and they look like they fit perfectly. Brilliant!
I love this idea! I just bought lots of cupcake holders at Michael’s yesterday. They are too big for my Ball jar (small mouth jar) and Bonne Maman jam jars but I will keep looking for the perfect fit! Thanks for such a tidy idea!
Love this!! I have tons of empty mason jars too!
This is cool as my boy has a tendency to throw all of my liners over the kitchen or wear them as hats…sigh!
Love it. Such a cute way to store them!! I need to organize mine now!
Right now I don’t even have one cupcake liner in my house, so this is a serious pipe dream, but if I ever turn into a collector this is by far the cutest way to display them!
This is a fantastic idea! I have muffin liners all over the place right now and couldn’t figure out how to store them. And such a cute display piece. :)
why haven’t I done this!? Going to do this right now, because every time I open my cabinet I have cupcake liners jumping out at me :) thanks for the fun organization tip – Sarah
It would make a nice gift for a favorite baker. Fill it with colorful cute liners.
that’s a great idea. I think I’ll have to do that, I have so many cupcake liners. Holiday and every day ones. thanks for pinning this on Pinterest
Fantastic idea. It made me realize that I could use the shorter, two-inch high wide mouth mason jar to show off individual cup cake liner sets that I like most. Wonderful.
:) yes! Definitely!
I have A lot of cupcake liners also. I did store them for awhile in one of those see threw paint cans you get from a craft store. Then I thought what would look even prettier was a wine bottle tube box also gotten at the craft store. Found one in pink colors to match my decor in the kitchen.
This is such a brilliant idea. I was wondering of an easier way to store liners since I seem to accumulate them quickly. My dad said to use a jar and I thought he was nuts but seeing yours made me ponder and they fit perfectly! Once I start getting out my seasonal liners I’m going to sort them by holiday, too. This is just too great. It’s a space saver, too, over just keeping them in the packages when you buy a pretty new set.
Awesome site, love the information, fun toread .
Easy, Thanks. It will definitely help me organize the shelf and drawer.
Indeed a nice idea. I had cupcake liners but all were ruined because I place them in a small bowl. Mason jar is a best way to keep them is shape.
You need to tell …………… women to buy. “”” Wide “” mouth Ball Jar…..don’t fit in regular ball jars. .
This is such a great idea I am going to do it right now!!!
Ooops it didn’t fit any of my jars lol
Haha, darn!
I’ll have to find a large one lol
