A satisfying smoothie is what you crave some days! I love making smoothies because they’re so versatile. You can add protein powder to them after a workout and you can hide greens by blending them into a fruit smoothie. Smoothies are so refreshing in the summer months but they’re also perfect year-round because frozen fruit is fresh year-round! My favorite smoothies to make are the popular reader favorite, banana peanut butter date smoothie and the tropikale smoothie.
