On Monday, I was saying how much I was going to miss summer and everything, but this week, the weather in DC has resembled fall and I absolutely LOVE fall weather. As much fun as sundresses and maxi dresses are to wear, I love the fall fashion scene. I love leggings, an oversized sweatshirt or dolman tee, and I love breathing in the crisp fall air. There’s just something about it! Honestly, I wish DC had California weather. The 50s in the morning and the 70s in the afternoon. To me, that’s the epitome of perfect weather and I would be happy with that kinda fall-ish weather year-round. If you could choose a season to have year-round, which would you choose? I honestly don’t know if I could choose. I love fall and spring equally and they both have their wardrobe perks. Ah, decisions, decisions.
(Sorry for the blurry pic!)
You know what else causes my decision-making abilities to falter? Grilled pizza toppings. There’s just so many possibilities and I always feel like I’m standing in the produce aisle picking and choosing what I want to put on my grilled pizza that evening. Eenie, meenie, miney, mo is basically the game when it comes to toppings on grilled pizza :)
Last week, I made a video on how to grill pizza and then gave my basic grilled pizza dough recipe. This week, I’m giving you a classic pizza recipe with the simplest of ingredients. This classic pizza topping tastes even better on a grilled pizza!
